Overview

The Changemaker program is a cross-faculty program focused on creating start-up initiatives through the lens of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Over four months, students undergo three phases.

  • Phase 1: Communication and Self Awareness

  • Phase 2: Ideation

  • Phase 3: Building a Business.

  • Phase 4: Refinement and Pitch Preparation.

Key responsibilities in this role included:

  • Developing session materials (Presentations, Resource Sheets, Activities).

  • Developing assignments (Worksheets, Term Assignments).

  • Developing Assessment Criteria (Rubrics and Guidelines).

  • Delivering Sessions.

  • Engaging Guest Speakers and Moderating Discussions (Founders, Executives. Board Members).

  • Providing Mentorship.

Program Expansion:

Over two years, I expanded the program's reach by developing new branches to make entrepreneurship more accessible to youth:

Student Initiatives

Generation Changemaker:

An eight-week high school iteration of the program focused on helping students identify their passions and build innovative solutions.

A two-hour workshop iteration of specific program sessions that provide an insightful introduction to the world of entrepreneurship.
